A brief screening to determine eligibility for participation in the Christian Recovery Center, Inc program.

Am I Eligible?

Review the questions below to determine your eligibility for the CRCI Residential Program. If you are able to answer “Yes” to all of the questions, you meet the basic eligibility requirements and may proceed to complete the CRCI Pre-Screen Form.

  1. Medication Compatibility: Do you take (or can you transition to) only CRCI-approved medications? Approved/Prohibited Medications List
  2. Mobility: Are you able to walk, stand, and shower independently (or with assistive devices)?
  3. Medical Stability: Can your medical needs be managed by our local primary care provider (no ongoing specialist care required)?
  4. Legal Eligibility: Are you not on the Sex Offender Registry and free of unresolved warrants?
  5. Commitment to Change: Do you have a genuine desire to change your life?
